Hi all!
Two of our members – Siân Thomas and Jessica Mookherjee – will be featured at the 54th Annual Rye Arts Festival on the Poetry Extraordinaire panel. They will be performing alongside a two other poets, which you can view the details about here.
Join these inspirational poets for an afternoon of literary perfection. The poets are: Robert, who won The London Magazine Poetry Prize in 2023. His fifth collection is Nude Against A Rock. Patricia McCarthy, winner of the National Poetry Competition in 2012 and editor of Agenda, a highly respected poetry journal. Jessica’s collections Tigress and Notes from a Shipwreck were both shortlisted for the Ledbury Prize. Siân is poet in residence for Ashdown Forest. She teaches creative writing and presents The Poetry Bath podcast.
This will take place on the 14th of September at 3pm for two hours at the Rye Art Gallery (Rye Art Gallery, 107 High Street, Rye TN31 7JE). Tickets cost just £12 each.
