Next event: 17th April, Camden Centre – Annual Competition Results and Reading
This month, we are lucky to be joined by our competition adjudicator, Mimi Khalvati. As well as presenting the prizes to the winners, (including first prize winner and member,Jemma Borg), Mimi will be reading for us.
In addition, we are hoping that many of the prizewinners will be present to read their poems.
Mimi’s latest collection is Child: New and Selected Poems 1991-2011, published by Carcanet. The competition prizegiving evening is always a highlight of our year, and this promises to be a really inspiring and exciting evening.
We hope to see you there. The meeting will begin promptly at 8pm, and will be held at the Camden Centre, Market Square, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 2SW. Entry is £3 on the door.
