Society member Christopher Horton is organising and hosting two poetry events in Kent this autumn.
The first is Poetry Night, part of the Maidstone Literary Festival. It includes poetry readings by Maggie Harris, Jess Mookherjee, Dorothy Lehane and Christopher himself. It takes place on 12 October at 6pm, in the Maidstone branch of Waterstones. For more details and tickets, click here.
The second event is Poetry Sampler, a fringe event for the Canterbury Festival taking place at Fruitworks on 2nd November (2pm – 4pm) which includes poets Fran Lock, Tom Branfoot, Robert Selby, Alice Gretton, Nancy Charley, Matt Riches & Kat Peddie.
